Zawji — Islamic Matchmaking Platform

Effective date: March 1, 2026

1. Nature of Service

Connects are a digital product used within the ZAWJI platform. The money paid to purchase Connects is non-refundable, as Connects are digital content available for immediate use.

By purchasing Connects, the User acknowledges and agrees that digital goods are consumed upon use and cannot be returned.

2. Automatic Connect Refund for Chats

The Connect spent to start a chat is returned to your in-app balance automatically — as a Connect, not as money — if the chat contained 10 or fewer messages in total. The Connect is refunded only in this case.

No refund is issued if a mahram contact was shared during the chat.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional cases:
