Refund Policy

Zawji — Islamic Matchmaking Platform

Effective date: March 1, 2026

1. Nature of Service

Connects are a digital product used within the ZAWJI platform. Once purchased, Connects are non-refundable.

By purchasing Connects, the User acknowledges and agrees that digital goods are consumed upon use and cannot be returned.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued in the following exceptional cases:

• Technical failure — the payment was charged but Connects were not credited to the User's account due to a technical error on the Platform's side.
• Duplicate charges — the User was charged multiple times for the same transaction.

To request a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team with proof of payment (transaction ID, screenshot, or receipt).

3. Third-party Payments

Purchases made through third-party payment providers are governed by their respective refund policies:

• Telegram Stars — refunds are subject to Telegram's terms and conditions.
• Google Play — refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy.
• Apple App Store — refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

For purchases made through these platforms, please contact the respective provider directly to request a refund.
