1. How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the Profile section
2. Scroll down to the "Danger zone" block
3. Tap "Delete my profile" and confirm

Deletion is available to every registered user and does not require contacting support.

2. What happens when you delete

• Your profile is immediately hidden from all users — from discovery, likes and chats
• Your account data (profile, photos, messages) is kept for up to 30 days so you can restore the account if you change your mind
• To restore, simply sign in again within 30 days and confirm restoration

3. Full data erasure

If you want all of your personal data erased permanently (without the 30-day restoration window), or you no longer have access to the app — contact support and include the email address or phone number linked to your account:

Requests are processed within 30 days.

4. What is deleted and what is retained

Deleted: profile, photos, messages, likes, settings and other personal data.

Retained: payment records — to the extent and for the period required by law (accounting and tax), and anonymized statistics that cannot identify you.
